Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our affiliate program, building and maintaining relationships with micro and macro influencers, and executing influencer-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the affiliate program, including onboarding, payouts, and performance optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers to maximize brand exposure.
  • Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Strong relationships with micro and macro influencers in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
