Job Opportunity:

Key Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Specialist with expertise in campaign management, data-driven decision making, and strong analytical skills to drive business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads. They will be responsible for developing strategic plans, implementing effective ad creative assets, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Launch and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals, landing page optimization, and sales strategy
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on key metrics, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Own campaign performance and ensure alignment with business KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, data analysis, and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing campaign landscapes and priorities
