Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to work.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Positively greeting clients and attending to all counter and telephone enquiries
- Liaising extensively with clients, including those with multicultural backgrounds
- Handling reception and general administration duties, including booking appointments, processing claims, and data entry
- Proactively identifying client needs and offering technical advice on hearing aid devices and services repairs (training provided)
- Assisting clinicians with managing their appointments and clinical services
- Conducting electronic payments and daily settlement activities using company software
- Carrying out administrative duties, including monthly reports and checks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy with intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to care for people
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work

Benefits:
