Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gen AI Developer to join our team. This role involves building cutting-edge AI-powered applications for UI interface integration with the Large Language Model (LLM) API.
About the Role:">- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using generative AI and curated datasets.
- Integrate LLMs with vector databases and retrieval systems.
- Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for QA.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution.
- Evaluate and test AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures.
- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
