Job Opportunity

This role involves overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring seamless planning and receipt processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating inward and outward activities, executing timely stock transfers, and maintaining strong relationships with respective departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of raw materials and packing materials, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders to replenish materials as needed.
  • Maintaining daily reports on material transactions and tracking inventory levels in real-time.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate contracts and terms, sourcing high-quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, implementing measures to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Developing and maintaining a culture of efficiency and teamwork within the store department.
  • Providing training and guidance to store personnel, fostering their growth and development in material handling and storage.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong software knowledge - SAP B1, H4 HANA, MM, PP module; excellent problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office, especially Advance Excel; supply chain management expertise; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
