Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our day-to-day inventory management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
  • Store items in an organized and safe manner following inventory norms.
  • Issue materials to production as per indents and maintain daily issue records.
  • Keep real-time stock updates in registers or ERP system software.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and quality departments for material clearance shortages or rejection cases.
  • Maintain cleanliness labeling and safe handling practices within the store area.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform supervisors about replenishment needs.
  • Assist in dispatches and packing of finished goods or customer-bound materials.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
