We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for conducting financial analysis and due diligence on a variety of projects. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be working closely with global teams to provide critical insights that inform investment decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Review and collate data from various sources, including data rooms and accounting records.
  • Develop and present detailed reports on quality of earnings, working capital, and debt-like items.
  • Assist clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues.
  • Support senior management in identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA with 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and due diligence.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
