Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization's identity management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, including knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance standards. You will be responsible for implementing monitoring systems to track user access and changes, analyzing business needs for IAM solutions, and overseeing the deployment of IAM systems.

You will also be responsible for providing functional support throughout the life of projects/products, solving problems, responding to blocking issues, and performing repairs as needed. Additionally, you will regularly review and update IAM systems to enhance security measures and improve user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement monitoring systems to track user access and changes
  • Analyze business needs for IAM solutions
  • Oversee the deployment of IAM systems
  • Provide functional support throughout the life of projects/products
  • Solve problems, respond to blocking issues, and perform repairs as needed
  • Regularly review and update IAM systems
Requirements:
  • Masters degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience or related field OR Bachelors degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience or related field OR Associates degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience or related field OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience
  • Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, LDAP)
  • Understanding of security principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., GMP, SOX)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to identify issues or validate outcomes
  • Skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and collaborator communication
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IAM services
Preferred Skills:
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • SailPoint Certification
Work Environment:

This position operates on the second shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. Candidates must be willing and able to work during these hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
