  • Essential Qualifications:
  • RPGLE Programming Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in developing, debugging, and testing RPGLE programs
  • Integrated Environment Expertise:
  • Experienced in Integrated Language Environment (ILE), creating and debugging RPG/CL programs, sub-procedures, subroutines, and service programs
  • System Administration Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with SEU, PDM, DFU, and spool files, iSeries Navigator, and Integrated File System (IFS)
  • Additional Advantage:
  • Knowledge of web services, XML, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Leadership and Teamwork Responsibilities:
  • Lead clients through the development process, handle client requirements, create design documents, and mentor junior developers
