Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, ensuring smooth operations and optimal productivity.

  • Maintenance experience with troubleshooting of production equipment including FBE, RMG/Saizoner, Sifter, Multimill, Compression, metal detector, capsule filling machine, Coating machine, Blister packing, Auto Cartonator, strip pack machine, checkweigher.
  • Preventive maintenance of all production and packaging machines.
  • Effective documentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment qualifications.
  • Equipment qualification and PLC validation.
  • Understanding of VFD, temperature controller, transmitters, PLC/HMI and sensors.
  • Management of spare parts of equipment.
  • Collaborative working approach in a team comprising contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Preventive maintenance of production and packaging machines.
  • Documentation and communication of maintenance activities.
  • Installation and commissioning of machinery.
  • Equipment qualification and validation.
  • Management of spare parts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of production equipment and machinery.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
