EPM Manager Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain EPM systems, including HFM and FCCS
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
  • Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications - CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
  • Proven experience in configuring and supporting HFM and FCCS applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis principles
  • Ability to conduct demos and assignments

  • Oracle EPM – HFM and FCCS
  • Financial reporting and analysis software
  • Database management and SQL

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
