GENERAL FUNCTION

Are you data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited about improving how things work? Join Momentums Collections Analytics team as a Data Analyst Collections Operations & KPIs, and help build the dashboards, insights, and reporting that drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.

This role supports day-to-day performance monitoring and provides data insights that help optimize collection agent productivity, contact strategies, and customer outcomes. Its a great opportunity for an early-career analyst to build experience in operations analytics within a fast-growing FinTech environment.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  2. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking key collections performance metrics, including:

  3. Contact rates
  4. Promise-to-pay (PTP) conversion
  5. Queue penetration
  6. Agent productivity
  7. Cure rates and delinquency roll rates

  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure metrics align with operational goals and business definitions.

  9. Data Management & Analysis

  10. Extract, clean, and structure data from various sources (databases, CRMs, telephony platforms).

  11. Support ad hoc analysis to answer business questions, uncover root causes, and monitor initiative performance.

  12. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across recurring reporting.

  13. KPI Development & Visualization

  14. Work closely with operations leadership to define and evolve KPIs that reflect strategy and performance goals.

  15. Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in tools like Tableau or Power BI for real-time insights.

  16. Process Improvement Support

  17. Identify gaps or bottlenecks in collections workflows through data analysis.

  18. Contribute to initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and contact strategy effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical or reporting role, preferably in financial services, customer operations, or collections.
  • Proficiency with SQL for querying relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Bonus: experience working with telephony/CRM systems or operations teams.
