Secure Operations Lead

The Legal Litigation team at PeepalCo is seeking an experienced professional to manage risks and ensure the Company's security, compliance, and reputation. As a key member of our Nodal Desk, you will act as the primary point of contact for law enforcement agencies and regulatory requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and address risks such as vandalism, fraud, fake websites, impersonation, and corporate espionage.
  • Ensure asset protection, recovery, and reputation management for the Company and its key personnel.
  • Guide internal teams on escalations involving law enforcement.
  • Lead emergency and crisis response management initiatives.
  • Independently extract and analyze data from internal systems for LEA requests.


Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in a nodal/legal enforcement role (fintech, banking, telecom, e-commerce preferred).
  • Proficiency in Kannada & English (mandatory).
  • LL.B. degree is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, crisis management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
