Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Merchandise Officer located in Bengaluru. The Chief Merchandise Officer will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising strategy of the company, including market planning, market research, public relations, marketing management, and sales. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with various departments to optimize product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Previous experience in retail or consumer goods sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
