Job Title: STEM Faculty

We are seeking a skilled and passionate educator to join our team as a STEM Faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in various schools across different locations.

The successful candidate will have expertise in robotics, electronics, IoT, embedded systems, and programming, with the ability to provide engaging and interactive lessons to students from standard 4th to 8th grade.

  • This position involves developing and delivering curriculum-based STEM training programs, as well as conducting workshops and training sessions for internal and external staff of the schools.
  • You will also be responsible for mentoring students to work on innovative projects, troubleshooting minor software and hardware issues, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure their progress and development.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver engaging STEM training programs for students and staff.
  2. Mentor students to work on innovative projects and provide feedback and guidance.
  3. Troubleshoot minor software and hardware issues.
  4. Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal and external staff of the schools.
  5. Work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or training roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software and programming languages like C, C++, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of sensors, MCU (microcontroller unit), robotics, and embedded systems.
