Enterprise Infrastructure Professional

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an accomplished IT professional with in-depth expertise in managing and optimizing VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.
  • Manage and optimize VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Preferred Certifications:

  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
