As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow our client's Network Business Services function in India.

About this Role

This is an operational position focused on building, improving, and managing processes that deliver high-quality financial support across the company. The successful candidate will work closely with best-in-class providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across key processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, reconciliations, reporting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Enhancement: Lead the implementation of automation and workflow tools to improve the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of financial processes.
  • Provider & Stakeholder Management: Proactively research, identify, and evaluate external providers that can deliver best-in-class support for finance operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage core financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, expense claim processing, and chart of accounts maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in an implementation role within a shared services environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and integrate best-in-class providers without overcomplicating or disrupting operations.
