Drive Strategic Lending Growth

We seek a talented professional to spearhead our lending strategy, leveraging expertise in risk management and decision science.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create analytical frameworks and develop high-quality analysis to drive policy decisions.
  • Design credit policies using Meesho platform data, bureau data, and alternate data.
  • Develop scorecards and models for approval.
  • Design experiments to test cohort behavior and experimental policies.
  • Automate reporting and tracking of the portfolio on multiple levels.

This role will involve owning an automated decisioning process, creating a 6-month risk roadmap, refining credit policies, and owning end-to-end ML model development methodology.
