Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow our founder daily to gain insights into key decision-making processes

  • Manage follow-ups and ensure timely execution across teams
  • Drive key programs that directly impact growth and scale
  • Travel extensively to represent our company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in entrepreneurship or a related field
  • A proven track record of scaling successful businesses
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and priorities
