Senior Product Manager - AI Focused

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the product roadmap of AI-powered products. This individual will translate customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, technically feasible solutions while aligning closely with engineering and research teams.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of AI-driven features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals. They will be expected to collaborate with data science, design, and engineering teams to convert complex AI concepts into tangible product features that solve real user problems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning lifecycle, and Generative AI capabilities.
  • Product strategy, customer empathy, and agile delivery.
  • Metrics-driven decision-making using A/B testing and KPIs.
  • Competitive analysis and market research.
  • Designing AI solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, Figma, Power BI, and LangChain.
  • Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks.
  • Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and AI capabilities.
  • Experience in building and managing product roadmaps for AI/ML-driven features.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
  • Ability to convert complex AI concepts into tangible product features that solve real user problems.
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and model transparency.
