Product Manager Opportunity @ FourKites

We're seeking an innovative Agentic AI Product Manager to join our product team in Chennai and drive the next generation of our AI-powered Digital Workers. You'll be at the forefront of developing autonomous AI agents that transform supply chain operations, working on products like FIN AI assistant, Tracy (our Track & Trace AI agent) and Sam (our Supplier Collaboration AI agent), while conceptualizing and building new digital workers that can learn, collaborate, and automate complex supply chain workflows.

What youll be doing:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the product roadmap for agentic AI solutions within FourKites' Intelligent Control Tower
• Collaborate with leadership to align AI agent development with company's shift from "software-as-a-service" to "service-as-software"
• Identify new opportunities for AI agents across supply chain domains (procurement, inventory, customer service, logistics)
• Develop business cases for new digital workers that can automate 60-80% of routine supply chain tasks

AI Agent Development & Management

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for autonomous AI agents from concept to launch
• Define agent capabilities, learning mechanisms, and collaboration frameworks between multiple AI workers
• Establish metrics for agent performance, including automation rates, accuracy, and business impact
• Work with engineering to implement continuous learning systems that improve agent capabilities over time

Cross-functional Leadership

• Partner with engineering teams to translate complex supply chain workflows into autonomous agent behaviors
• Collaborate with data science teams to leverage FourKites' 3.2M daily supply chain events for agent training
• Work with customer success to gather feedback and iterate on agent performance
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to position AI agents as competitive differentiators

Customer & Market Focus

• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand pain points in supply chain operations
• Conduct user research to identify tasks suitable for AI automation vs. human expertise
• Define success metrics aligned with customer outcomes (OTIF improvement, cost reduction, efficiency gains)
• Present product vision and roadmap to customers at events like FourKites Summit

Technical Product Management

• Create detailed product requirements for agentic AI systems including reasoning capabilities, decision trees, and action frameworks
• Define APIs and integration points for AI agents to interact with existing supply chain systems
• Establish guardrails and governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
• Work with security teams to ensure enterprise-grade data protection for AI operations

Who you are:

Experience

• 4-6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products in enterprise B2B environments
• Experience with autonomous systems, conversational AI, or intelligent automation preferred
• Understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement is a strong plus

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and autonomous decision-making systems
• Ability to work with technical teams on API design and system architecture
• Experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing methodologies

Business & Leadership Skills

• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills for presenting to customers, executives, and technical teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking product metrics
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• MBA or advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus
