Job Description

As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can analyze user pain points, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.

  • Analyze usage data and customer journeys to understand user behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and implement data-driven product improvements using basic SQL and generative AI tools.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to explore and integrate tools that enhance user experience.
  • Lead the testing process by hiring and managing a QA team to ensure high product quality.
  • Contribute to UI/UX design, helping shape a product that is simple, intuitive, and user-friendly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BASIC PROFICIENCY IN SQL OR PYTHON
  • AUTHORITY TO COLLABORATE WITH DESIGNERS TO CREATE CLEAN, USER-FRIENDLY UI/UX
  • EXPERIENCE MANAGING OR SETTING UP A QA/TESTING PROCESS TO ENSURE PRODUCT QUALITY
  • MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN A PRODUCT, GROWTH, OR TECHNICAL ROLE
  • UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE IN ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, ECONOMICS, OR RELATED FIELD
