Lead Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Strategist to drive data initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in data modeling, profiling, and warehousing, with a strong command of SQL and a solid understanding of supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Robust Data Models: Develop data models that support business processes and reporting needs.
  • Perform Data Profiling and Quality Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Develop and Manage Data Warehousing Solutions: Design and implement data warehousing solutions to centralize and optimize data storage and retrieval.
  • Write Complex SQL Queries: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with SCM, IT, and BI teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Insights: Translate business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Mentor Junior Analysts: Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership to the data analytics team.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong Hands-On Experience: Advanced hands-on experience in data modeling, data profiling, and data warehousing.
  • Advanced SQL Skills: Strong advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
  • Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of supply chain management and related data workflows.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data initiatives.
