NetSuite Staff Engineer Role

This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in NetSuite functional development, advanced inventory management, and order-to-cash (O2C) and warehouse management system (WMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing high-quality code that meets client requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand business use cases and technical needs.
  • Mapping client decisions to technical requirements and translating them into actionable developer guidance.
  • Identifying optimal solutions that meet client needs and prioritizing implementation efforts accordingly.
  • Defining benchmarks and guidelines for non-functional requirements (NFRs) during project execution.
  • Reviewing architecture and design across various aspects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in NetSuite functional development, with a focus on process optimization and customization.
  • Proficiency in advanced inventory management, inbound and outbound shipments, O2C, and WMS.
  • Deep knowledge of functional configurations, including process optimization within NetSuite.
  • Experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying solutions within the NetSuite system as per client requirements.
  • Expertise in providing subject matter expertise in NetSuite functional modules, including O2C, procure-to-pay (P2P), and warehouse management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role. Additionally, hands-on experience with managing and configuring centralized purchasing, implementing and supporting inventory and advanced inventory management modules, creating and optimizing saved searches and workflows within NetSuite is highly valued.
