Technical Leadership Position

We are looking for a seasoned engineering professional to join our team as a Technical Lead. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

About the Role

The Technical Lead will lead a small group of engineers, guiding them in their work and providing support and mentorship as needed. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of software development and technical architecture.

  • Recruit, grow, and empower a team of skilled engineers.
  • Craft a long-term technical strategy that anticipates future needs while being pragmatic about what's needed today.
  • Work with other leaders to set direction and ambitious goals for your team and the company as a whole.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
  • A record of mentorship and helping others in their career growth.
