">What You'll Do">

Design Process Champion

">
  • ">
  • Champion the design process, pushing yourself and the design team to explore innovative ideas before narrowing down to feasible solutions with attention to detail.">
  • Produce deliverables throughout the design process, including storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets.">
  • Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the design process, from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.">
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure design truly reflects user needs.">
  • Evolve our design language and system, collaborating with UI engineers to implement precise designs.">
  • Help set the bar for consumer-grade design in the enterprise space.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 4+ years of relevant hands-on design experience.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Design (Product, Industrial, etc.). Master's degree in CS or HCI preferred.">
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design skills, idea generation, and teamwork capabilities.">
  • Team Player: Willingness to roll up sleeves and work cross-functionally.">
  • Solid presentation skills and ability to hold audience's attention.">
  • Passion for getting things done the right way and consistently across the product.">
  • Proactive approach to finding better solutions.">
