We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spare Parts Professional to manage our spare parts inventory, process orders, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts
  • Receive, inspect, and store spare parts shipments
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch
  • Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  • Respond to customer inquiries about spare parts availability and pricing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain records and reports related to spare parts inventory and sales
  • Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend actions

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
