Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned Product Management Analyst to fill this challenging role.

We require an experienced professional with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in credit lending and documentation, with meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process credit documents efficiently, adhering to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct independent documentation checks before facility activation and during regular reviews.
  • Collaborate with front office staff, internal/external legal counsel, and credit approvers to resolve documentation issues.
  • Work closely with the back office on credit operations and document custody.
  • Provide management reporting on credit documentation deferrals.
  • Identify and escalate operational, regulatory, and other risks to the line manager.
  • Support change projects and ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking.
  • Fluent in aspects of credit lending and documentation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • An independent and proactive worker with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is mandatory.
