This is a key role in our organization, responsible for analyzing current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. As a Business Process Excellence Manager, you will work closely with functional leaders to gather requirements, document processes, and propose enhancements that drive process governance and alignment with enterprise process architecture and principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with functional leaders to gather requirements, document processes, and propose enhancements that drive process governance.
  • Develop process maps, flowcharts, and models to illustrate process changes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions and foster team collaboration.
  • Lead productive discussions and ensure effective stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Certification in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean Six Sigma, or related disciplines is a plus.
