Job Title:

Lead Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy infrastructure as code for complex network environments involving Cisco and Arista fabrics.
  • Create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful code delivery in an expedient and organized way.
  • Architect automation solutions using Ansible, Python, Django, Jenkins/Jules, and DevOps.

Requirements:

  • BS/BE degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems.
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • 10+ years of experience building highly complex and resilient systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Cisco and Arista Network Domain knowledge.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in one or more programming languages.
  • Extensive experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code using advanced Ansible and Python.
  • Experience in developing Python GUI solutions such as Django and Flask.
  • Skilled in developing test cases using the ROBOT Framework or BEHAVE.
  • Utilize Bitbucket for version control and collaboration on network projects.
  • Experienced in intent-driven network development environments.
  • Follow Jira methodology for project management, including task tracking and progress reporting.
  • Proficient in implementing best-practices in large-scale Infrastructure as Code solutions.
