Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Specialist to implement and maintain Annual Workforce Compensation plans for multiple countries.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in compensation management, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud Compensation application implementation.
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of compensation plans, ensuring accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables.
  • Your expertise will involve working closely with technical teams to modify formulas and SQLs based on country-specific requirements.
  • You will resolve issues identified during CRPs and UAT, guaranteeing seamless campaign execution.
  • Able to work collaboratively with technical teams to address any issues reported during or post annual campaign.
  • In addition, you will provide support on WFA related matters.
