Job Title:

Fusion HCM Compensation Expert

 

Role Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation to lead the implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plans.

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application
  • Lead the implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for 100 countries
  • Work closely with technical team to modify fast formulas or SQLs based on country specific requirements
  • Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT
  • Collaborate with data team to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in correct UDTs or External tables

 

Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and execution of compensation plans
  • Technical support and issue resolution
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Compensation application
  • Experience in implementing annual workforce compensation plans
  • Ability to work with technical team to resolve issues
