Job Description

Lead a strategic role in influencing senior leadership decisions, ensuring adherence to global organization quality standards and sustainability goals. Enhance the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), foster a culture of continuous improvement across all departments, and drive operational excellence.

  • Influence decision-making to drive quality outcomes as the voice of quality in the leadership team.
  • Develop and execute the quality strategy, vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain effective quality management systems for the region aligned with global quality strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Establish robust processes for quality assurance, quality control, audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Own audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic planning and execution of quality initiatives.
  2. Quality assurance and quality control processes development.
  3. Compliance and audit readiness.
  4. Operational excellence and process improvements.

Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability across operations and lead reporting on sustainability performance for the region. Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders to align on quality expectations and embed quality into all processes.
