Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a Transfer Pricing role. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex tax assignments, client advisory, compliance, and assisting in litigation support.

  • Handle transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Work on advisory assignments relating to direct tax and transfer pricing.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analysis.
  • Draft submissions for tax authorities and assist in handling tax assessments/litigation.
  • Provide support in structuring cross-border transactions from a tax perspective.
  • Liaise with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of direct taxation laws and transfer pricing regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong client management skills.
