Job Role: Indirect Taxation Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Taxation Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of GST laws and regulations, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing GST compliance, including the preparation and submission of GST returns. Additionally, they will handle complex transaction structuring and advisory on GST matters, draft replies and submissions for audits and assessments, and conduct tax research and prepare client documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GST compliances, including preparation and filing of GST returns.
  • Handle transaction structuring and advisory on complex GST matters.
  • Draft replies and submissions for audits and assessments.
  • Conduct tax research and prepare client documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of GST laws and regulatory framework.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 firm is preferred.
  • CA / CS / LLB qualification is an advantage.
