Financial Operations Expert:

Job Summary:

Our organization seeks an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise and experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
    • Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
    • Manage fund allocation and investments.
    • Audit accurate bank reconciliation and foreign remittances.
    • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • GST Compliance
    • Ensure timely GST registration and issuance of GST-compliant invoices.
    • Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation with suppliers' returns.
    • Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C accurately within timelines.
    • Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills as per GST requirements.
    • Coordinate with auditors for GST audit and response to notices/assessments from authorities.
  • Taxation & Compliance
    • Filing and compliance of TDS, Advance Income Tax, etc.
    • Monitor advance tax liabilities and ensure accurate calculation & timely payments.
    • Handle statutory audits, tax assessments, and liaison with auditors and consultants.
  • Contracts & Agreements
    • Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
    • Assess financial risk and compliance in agreements.
  • Banking & Treasury Operations
    • Manage relationships with banks for guarantees and other facilities.
    • Handle BGs/PBGs, Solvency Certificate, foreign payments, and fund transfers efficiently.
  • Systems & Processes
    • Implement efficient use of accounting software.
    • Train and supervise the accounts team, ensuring smooth workflow.
