Job Title: Senior Assurance Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of business operations and industry trends. As a Senior Assurance Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and trust-building.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues, working collaboratively with engagement teams to develop solutions and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with technical accounting issues and industry developments, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and review audit reports, management letters, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and providing supervision and development training for junior staff members.
Required Qualifications:
  • Semi-qualified ACCA/CPA or qualified CA/ACCA/Licensed CPA
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and audit related fields, specifically NFP industry
  • Strong technical skills in accounting, data analytical skills, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
