About the Role
  • Strategic Project Oversight: Spearhead site operations, managing daily tasks, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee timely project delivery.
  • Client Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to foster collaboration and drive project success.
  • Design Review: Provide technical expertise, scrutinizing design drawings, and conducting quality checks to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Risk Management: Implement measures to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and industry benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to stay on track and deliver results.
  • Reporting and Procurement: Prepare detailed reports, assist in procurement, and manage materials to optimize project efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Employ proactive strategies to resolve project obstacles and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Proven knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
