Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced senior interior designer to lead our design team. This is a leadership role that requires strategic vision, creative direction, and effective management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative interior solutions by collaborating with the design team and stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end design processes from concept development to final execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate design intent effectively to clients and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers to build a strong design culture within the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
