We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure, AWS, or GCP. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications are deployed efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Develop, deploy, and manage pipelines in an enterprise-scale environment using GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other build automation tools.
  • Cloud Services: Design and implement scalable architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP managed services.
  • Scripting and Automation: Write scripts and automate tasks using IaC languages like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
  • Containerization: Set up container-based development and deployment environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Networking and Security: Configure IP networking, VPNs, VPCs, DNS, load balancers, security groups, and firewalls.
  • Team Guidance: Coach engineers to follow a Shift Left approach in security and integrate with pipelines.
  • Pipeline Security: Incorporate security tools, scans, and quality gates into pipelines to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Use application and network diagnostic and monitoring tools to understand existing workloads.
  • Source Control: Work with GIT in a team environment.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Docker, or Salt for cloud automation/provisioning and configuration management.
  • Development Infrastructure: Plan, create, implement, and maintain scalable software development infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience engineering, deploying, and managing pipelines in an enterprise-scale environment.
  • Cloud Skills: Expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP managed services and CLIs.
  • Scripting and IaC Languages: Proficient in scripting and IaC languages like Bash, Python, Groovy, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, etc.
  • Containerization Tools: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Networking and Security: Knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, VPCs, DNS, load balancers, security groups, and firewalls.
  • Development Languages: Experience with Java, C/C++, Python, PHP, or .Net is a plus.
