Job Title: Senior Software Architect – Java, Microservices & Cloud

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You will define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure best practices in building Java-based microservices deployed on modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement enterprise-grade software architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices patterns.
  • Drive cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to engineering teams.
  • Ensure systems meet high standards of scalability, security, availability, and performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in microservices design, containerization, orchestration, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of serverless, API gateways, and security frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹937, ₹4,563,966.46 per year
