  • Serving as a single point of accountability for technology service provisioning
  • Ensuring execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy
  • Driving the adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools
  • Optimizing technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements include:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and related fields
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation, Telemetry/AI Ops, and Change Success and Proactive Problem Management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of experience in driving transformational improvements in infrastructure
  • 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Proven ability to manage third-party processors, hardware & software vendors, and external infrastructure providers
  • Knowledge of ITIL controls and adherence to compliance processes
