As a seasoned leader, you will oversee global infrastructure design teams in shifting from traditional infrastructure management to a modern, DevOps-centric, cloud-native delivery model. Your expertise in legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, combined with leadership experience, is crucial for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services.

  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment, with good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Must have experience with traditional data center infrastructure (storage, compute, network, backup, monitoring).
