Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our client's applications. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and scalable frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable test automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Python.
- Execute and evaluate automated test cases and suites, and report test results to ensure system functionality meets acceptance criteria.
- Log detailed bug reports based on test execution and collaborate with the development team to prioritize test scenarios and perform root cause analysis.
- Work in an Agile environment using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and utilize JIRA for task management and bug tracking.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
- Proven experience in designing and developing automated solutions using Robot Framework and Python.
- Strong skills in test design, including the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test documentation.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum or Kanban and proficiency with JIRA.
- A solid understanding of the differences between data formats such as JSON, YAML, and XML.
- Experience with testing web applications and knowledge of various testing approaches.
- A strong understanding of different testing environments, the Test Pyramid, and test risk management.
- A keen eye for detail and strong collaboration skills.
