Senior Portfolio Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to acquire and build a well-diversified portfolio within the IBG 4 segment.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Source new asset relationships within IBG - SME Segment (companies ranging from INR 200 crores to 600 crores aligned to bank lending policy)
  • Ensure good net interest income, fees, and regular revenue streams through cross-selling of trade liabilities, cash, treasury, and fee products
  • Maintain a healthy portfolio with nil delinquencies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new asset relationships within IBG 4 segment (companies ranging from INR 25 crores to 600 crores aligned to bank lending policy)
  • Cross-sell liability, trade, cash, and treasury products actively
  • Conduct thorough due diligence while on-boarding new asset relationships
  • Adhere to strict KYC AML requirements
  • Provide timely MIS to the central team for further reporting
  • Complete assigned learning programs efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales
  • 6-8 years of sales experience in SME Business Banking Lending
  • Proven sales track record in asset business in the SME Business Banking segment
  • Strong knowledge of competitors and market place
  • Market knowledge and experience in the SME segment is preferred

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong working knowledge of working capital finance. They should also demonstrate high standards of honesty and integrity.
