About this role:

We are seeking a certified senior executive with experience in managing Windows distribution servers for fintech companies.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in administration roles for Windows Desktop & Server-side operating systems, and holds a BSC, B.E or equivalent degree in Information technology or Computer Science with minimum 50%.

Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Windows servers & operating systems

Technical skills required:

  • Windows Server 2023-22
  • Windows 2019
  • Windows 11/10
  • VM Ware
  • Centralized patch management
  • Standard policy implementation

Other desired skills include:

  • Wireshark & Microsoft message analyzer
  • AD & Email hosting
  • RSAT & Netwrix account lockout examiner
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.

This is a critical position that requires high availability and uptime. We seek someone who can liaise for security aspects, manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and implement robust backup management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, including knowledge of RAID, SAN, NAS, Object based storage implementation, Mantis, Jira, Bug Reporting, MS Excel, Dashboard & reporting.
