We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, architecture, or allied fields, who is passionate about design and skilled in building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the architecture and interior design sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent our brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies.
  • Collect client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving approach to business challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
