Job Title: Head of Fund Raising

Our organization seeks a seasoned fund raising professional to lead our efforts in securing investments for real estate projects. As the Head of Fund Raising, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract capital from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Raising Strategies: Develop comprehensive fundraising plans to secure investments from multiple sources, including private investors, financial institutions, and government agencies.
  • Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate industry.
  • Proposal Development: Create high-quality proposals and presentations to showcase investment opportunities to potential investors.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain a robust network of contacts within the industry, including investors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of fundraising initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
  • Industry: Real estate fund managers/ financial institutions / real estate developers operators / financial advisory firms
  • Real Estate Fund Raising experience is a MUST
  • Masters / Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business Administration / Economics
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles
  • Strong team player, but also able to work independently
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills and experienced in financial analysis and modelling
