Product Manager Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for creating clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with development teams.

  • Prioritization of Features: Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure delivery of business value based on customer feedback and changing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and prioritize customer feedback to improve digital experiences, driving continuous engagement with stakeholders to refine and adjust the product roadmap.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure seamless delivery of features and functionalities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to deliver features and functionalities on time and collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve the customer journey.
