Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our international team. This is an exceptional opportunity to design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions for business-specific problems.

This role requires the ability to build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-performance deployment using MLOps practices.

  • Create custom machine learning models for NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and other applications.
  • Develop and implement efficient data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ongoing model optimization using advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in Large Language Models, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Document technical processes and architectures for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and popular frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines using Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect, and others.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, and GCP Vertex AI.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with real-time/streaming data processing using Kafka and Spark Streaming.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
